Frances is an executive coach, school consultant and facilitator. She is an experienced leader who cares and understands the challenges that you face. She has 18 years experience in Education, eight of which as Headteacher. Prior to that she worked in Finance and was District Manager of two bank branches. Frances is a true listener who believes that everyone can achieve and that your thoughts and feelings are valid and true.
