Staff Meetings

This document outlines a 50-minute professional development format for running purposeful staff meetings. It incorporates Structural Learning Sketchnotes to foster collaboration, reflection, and actionable planning. The framework consists of four steps: Explore, where teachers review the sketchnote; Reflect, for discussing current practices; Ideate, for brainstorming strategies; and Plan, for developing implementation steps. This approach encourages meaningful discussions and empowers teams to improve teaching and learning practices. It is designed to complement the sketchnotes already available on the website, offering a structured way to integrate them into staff professional development sessions.
